As part of an ongoing series at Highrock Church, Greg Baumer was interviewed about his growing views on financial giving. In this three-minute feature, Baumer discusses his initial views on finances in light of historically traditional views on tithing and Christian generosity. Baumer notes that he considered tithing the "cost of admission to keep God happy," but goes on to share what he learned while researching alongside classmate and co-author John Cortines in a class at Harvard called "God and Money." Their findings in this research paper eventually led Baumer and Cortines to publish in a book, Through the Needle, which is currently in pre-release promotions.
